I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

Wow....That's all I can say about my experience with Kaleb. Just wow! I came in looking for a reliable, comfortable, "out of this world" vehicle, and boy did he help me find it. He answered all of my questions with ease and never made me feel pressured. He is fighteningly good at his job and has a suspiciously high level of charisma! If Kaleb told me the sky was neon green, I'd look up and agree with him! Kaleb didn't just sell me a car, he guided me through an automotive awakening! 10/10, will be buying my next 5 cars from him!

I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

Braden hooked me up, made sure I was comfortable, and stayed focused on getting the truck I came to look at, just enough side banter and conversation that there wasn't any awkward silence. Straight forward and easy to deal with. Entire process was pretty straight forward without issue.
