I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

It was a joke charged for diagnostic and hundreds for part replacement that didn't work then to be told I need to pay 600 more for different diagnostic on top of that they didn't reset the oil change life or my clock I was going to have them do a tps sensor but they didn't have one so they reset them now nun of them work I fill like it may be time to get a different brand of truck I haven't ever had experience like this one maybe I just need a better dealer man view is a joke and I will let everyone know that

Very bad experience, broke down, was lied to about time frame to fix it, I was stranded out of town and after 4 days of them not working on my vehicle I had to have a tow truck come from Missouri to get it.. they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee and they hadn’t even looked at my truck.

I have paid $234.
I have paid $234.30 for a diagnostic inspection for my 2014 ats Cadillac on the second visit. I was told nothing was wrong with it and it is driving better than ever. Now it is 3 days later and my car is doing the same exact thing that I brought it in for the on the first visit and I was told I needed wheels and tires replaced which I had done before taking it back on the second visit. I have spent a lot of hours and money with this repair shop. But I will be returning my car back on tomorrow. Someone needs to figure out what the issue is and no there are no codes or lights on the dashboard on. Shirley D.

Did take a while to get my car back due to steering
Did take a while to get my car back due to steering sensors not programming to my vehicle. Had to have my car towed to this dealership from another shop w/ the same problem. Between the two. I was in a rental for a month. Car was driving fine .I just needed my ESC indicator to stop coming on intermittently. Turned out to be an expensive and time consuming repair. I had to have steering column, shaft, and steering motor replaced due several sensors not able to program. I hear this is a big problem w/ these sensors. Hopefully something was learned and the next customer w/ this issue won't have to wait as long as I did but will be costly repair if sensor don't program. If I could do it over again I would have just kept driving it until. Might want to consider a recall on these sensors. Thanks Adrian White

Brought my Blazer in for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, they did a fantastic job! Yammonika came out as soon as i pulled up to the service center and got my car in quickly. She let me know as soon as it was finished, and got me in and out of there within approx. 45 minutes from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove out of the parking lot.
