Service manager could care less about anything as long as he can keep an eye on his service advisor wife while she bounces around from bay to bay. The sales department is THE ONLY department worth a flip at this place. Instead of "certified" service it should be "shade tree" service and don't even get me started on the parts department.....bypass these hacks. Order your parts somewhere else and take your service to people who don't wake up every morning thinking of ways to get one over on their customers. Thank you Mtn Spew.

My 2019 Buick Enclave was sent to Mtn View Chevy service center for AC diagnostic ( looking for ac Freon leak) via Firestone . Jeff was my service advisor. You guys left me more confused 🤔 then Firestone. All I wanted to know where the leak coming from rear evaporator core?????? I understand shops want to get paid but putting customers in position to pay 💰 to just throw parts at car not knowing if it's going to fix the ac leaking problem is ridiculous. I expected more from the dealership.Dealership had my car for 9 days that's sad 😔! My dad was a shade tree mechanic 🧑🏼🔧 he would be laughing in grave at this situation.

I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

Very bad experience, broke down, was lied to about time frame to fix it, I was stranded out of town and after 4 days of them not working on my vehicle I had to have a tow truck come from Missouri to get it.. they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee and they hadn’t even looked at my truck.

He didn’t play games; he just showed us absolutely everything about both of the vehicles we were looking at. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

I have paid $234.
I have paid $234.30 for a diagnostic inspection for my 2014 ats Cadillac on the second visit. I was told nothing was wrong with it and it is driving better than ever. Now it is 3 days later and my car is doing the same exact thing that I brought it in for the on the first visit and I was told I needed wheels and tires replaced which I had done before taking it back on the second visit. Did take a while to get my car back due to steering
Did take a while to get my car back due to steering sensors not programming to my vehicle. Had to have my car towed to this dealership from another shop w/ the same problem. Between the two. I was in a rental for a month. Car was driving fine .I just needed my ESC indicator to stop coming on intermittently. Turned out to be an expensive and time consuming repair. I had to have steering column, shaft, and steering motor replaced due several sensors not able to program. I hear this is a big problem w/ these sensors. Hopefully something was learned and the next customer w/ this issue won't have to wait as long as I did but will be costly repair if sensor don't program. If I could do it over again I would have just kept driving it until. Might want to consider a recall on these sensors. Thanks Adrian White

She let me know as soon as it was finished, and got me in and out of there within approx. 45 minutes from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove out of the parking lot.

I was skeptical of going to this dealership with the words "Mountain View" being attached to it given my experience with the other MV dealerships in town, but Dexter and his team changed that perspective for me about this Mtn View dealership real quick. Dexter was about making a deal and getting a car sold. No haggling and respected where I was coming from. I will gladly deal with Dexter and the Mtn View Chevrolet team for all of my car needs.

How they stay in business is beyond me. Service advisor ( he been there a minute) a known crack head and thief. Service manager could care less about anything as long as he can keep an eye on his service advisor wife while she bounces around from bay to bay. The sales department is THE ONLY department worth a flip at this place. Instead of "certified" service it should be "shade tree" service and don't even get me started on the parts department.....bypass these hacks. Order your parts somewhere else and take your service to people who don't wake up every morning thinking of ways to get one over on their customers. Thank you Mtn Spew.
