I took our 2012 GMC 2500HD in to Mtn. View Chevrolet for a routine oil change and tire rotation today. I was shocked I was able to get a same day appointment! I dropped my truck off, left to run errands and received a text back about an hour later that the work was complete. My service adviser, Jefferson, showed me a video the technician had taken of the tire depth, brake wear and a small oil leak.
