I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

- Height adjustable front seatbelts - A better fit where you sit. It turns out, you’re not average height, so the seatbelt likely doesn’t fit you as well as it should. With height adjustable front seatbelts, you can get it exactly right by moving the upper anchor point to the spot that’s best for you. Move it up or down to get higher levels of comfort and safety with height adjustable front seatbelts.
- Front seatbelt pretensioners - tighten up. When you stop suddenly front seatbelt pretensioners make sure your body doesn’t keep going. I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!
