I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Mountain View Chevrolet, specifically with Eric (our salesperson) and Amy (our finance manager). Both of them were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Eric is a refreshing, no-xx guy, which I truly respect. He didn’t play games; he just showed us absolutely everything about both of the vehicles we were looking at. Thanks to his transparency and knowledge, we settled on the 2026 Traverse LT, which is exactly what I wanted. When it came time for the paperwork, Amy was just as incredible. She did exactly what we needed to do to keep our payments right where we wanted them to be. Beyond the numbers, she is just a genuinely personable individual. Honestly, both Eric and Amy made us feel like we were just talking to friends rather than sitting in a dealership. If you want a stress-free, honest, and friendly car-buying experience, go see them!

I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

Very satisfied and pleased with the experience. The only part I was unhappy with was them trying to get an extra $2000 out of me. I had already asked for the out the lot price and that is what I brought and all I was giving. If pushed the truck would still be sitting there.
