If I could leave a negative review I would as this dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. When we arrived to look at a Mini Cooper we discovered the car was in absolute horrible shape. Many lights on on the dash, headlights not working, smoking from the tailpipes, etc. Zach was our salesman so we headed to check out other cars. We came upon a 2021 Chevy Blazer. While on the lot the check engine light was on. Zach said it had to be the low tires so he took it back to "the back" and it came out with no light on. Cool. We took it for a test drive and the ride was ok but when we came back we looked at the tires and found one was separating and had wires showing. We said if they took off the amt of tires off the asking price we would take the car. Lots of hem-hawing on their part they agreed. We drove it home and go to start it back up and low and behold the check engine light comes back on. We take it to Autozone and O'Reilly's and they said it was Bank 1 and 2 of the exhaust camshaft sensor and vvt sensor. They also let us know that there is an issue with the ABS system that has been cleared out on the OBD but it is hard coded into the system. So now we are out $100 for those 2 parts, $900 for new tires, wipers all the way around because there was no wiper on the back when purchased. Who knows what the ABS system will cost us. When the check engine light came on within 6 hrs of us having the car we texted the salesman and his response was "that's what you get when you buy a used car". This guy shouldn't be in sales. These people shouldn't be in the car business. Shady way of doing business. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again and I will always warn people AWAY from them. They are unethical in the way they do business.

I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

Wow....That's all I can say about my experience with Kaleb. Just wow! I came in looking for a reliable, comfortable, "out of this world" vehicle, and boy did he help me find it. If I could leave a negative review I would as this dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. When we arrived to look at a Mini Cooper we discovered the car was in absolute horrible shape. Many lights on on the dash, headlights not working, smoking from the tailpipes, etc. Zach was our salesman so we headed to check out other cars. We came upon a 2021 Chevy Blazer. While on the lot the check engine light was on. Zach said it had to be the low tires so he took it back to "the back" and it came out with no light on. Cool. We took it for a test drive and the ride was ok but when we came back we looked at the tires and found one was separating and had wires showing. We said if they took off the amt of tires off the asking price we would take the car. Lots of hem-hawing on their part they agreed. We drove it home and go to start it back up and low and behold the check engine light comes back on. We take it to Autozone and O'Reilly's and they said it was Bank 1 and 2 of the exhaust camshaft sensor and vvt sensor. They also let us know that there is an issue with the ABS system that has been cleared out on the OBD but it is hard coded into the system. So now we are out $100 for those 2 parts, $900 for new tires, wipers all the way around because there was no wiper on the back when purchased. Who knows what the ABS system will cost us. When the check engine light came on within 6 hrs of us having the car we texted the salesman and his response was "that's what you get when you buy a used car". This guy shouldn't be in sales. These people shouldn't be in the car business. Shady way of doing business. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again and I will always warn people AWAY from them. They are unethical in the way they do business.

I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.
