I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical
I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

Very satisfied and pleased with the experience. The only part I was unhappy with was them trying to get an extra $2000 out of me. I had already asked for the out the lot price and that is what I brought and all I was giving. If pushed the truck would still be sitting there.

Braden hooked me up, made sure I was comfortable, and stayed focused on getting the truck I came to look at, just enough side banter and conversation that there wasn't any awkward silence. Straight forward and easy to deal with. Entire process was pretty straight forward without issue. Haven got me setup with financing and ensured if I had any questions, the were answered clearly and concisely.
