I bought a Chevy Malibu with Zack Tapper not Brian Cruz but Zack was easy to work with and relatable. He's still assisting me through texts with getting the digital stuff signed up for after buying the car. Any questions I've had he's answered expeditiously and been an absolute help beyond normal standards.

The finance manager, Tomand Braden was absolutely exceptional, they did an amazing job finding rebates to get the numbers exactly where I needed them to fit my budget. I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. Very satisfied and pleased with the experience. The only part I was unhappy with was them trying to get an extra $2000 out of me. I had already asked for the out the lot price and that is what I brought and all I was giving. If pushed the truck would still be sitting there.

Bought an Equinox in October of 2025 and was looking to trade it in for a Traverse. Ben Taylor was the salesperson I dealt with both times and I don’t know who the finance manager was bc Ben always referred to him as “He” but anyways when I bought the Equinox Ben and Tom the finance manager were great to work with and made the buying process quick and easy. My son bought a truck from here and has had issues with it. The service department has had more than he has. They kept it one time for 6 weeks and now they said it would be 2 or 3 months and didn't offer a courtesy vehicle. Buyer beware!
I am very happy with the help that I received from Eric and his coworker Lou, they were there to help and walk me through every step, Eric got me the best deal and was able to get my payment where I wanted it. Amy with finance, was also very helpful and kept my payment where I needed it to be.
