I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!

That's when the forward collision mitigation system comes to life. - Pedestrian impact prevention - An extra step toward safety. Pedestrians don't always stop, look, and listen, but with Pedestrian Impact Prevention, your vehicle is equipped to better see them and avoid them. This system constantly monitors the road ahead to identify and track pedestrians. It projects that image to an interior display screen, AND should an impact become likely, Pedestrian impact prevention takes steps to avoid a collision.
- Front seatbelt pretensioners - tighten up. When you stop suddenly front seatbelt pretensioners make sure your body doesn’t keep going. I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon
I was sold a truck without being given the Carfax upon multiple requests. They didn't provide until AFTER the sale, reassuring me all was okay while rushing me to sign paperwork. Ean Valenzuela, Amy Rochelle Wilson, and Yammonika Patterson offer poor quality and customer service, and were disingenuous and unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to return my vehicle after begging and mentioning my safety concerns as the transmission started shuddering more each day. They refused to even diagnose or look at it for service for less than hundreds of dollars, and offered me no options because I signed an "as is" form. Buyer beware!
